Admission

1) All admissions are made without regard to caste, creed or community.

 

2) Application for admission should be made on a prescribed form obtainable from the school office.

 

3) The application form must be accompanied with an attested copy of the mark sheet of the previous year's performance in Unit Tests, Terminal and Annual Examinations. A medical certificate of physical fitness of the student should be submitted along with the admission form.

 

4) In the case of children seeking admission in Pre-primary and Std. I, birth certificate should be attached to the admission form.

 

5) Children who have not completed K.G. course are not admitted to Std. I

 

6) Normally, students are admitted at the beginning of the academic year I.e. June but, exceptions can be made in special cases depending on the availabkity of seats.

 

7) For admission, the age of the child on 15. June should be 3 1/2-4 years for Jr.Kg..4 1/2-5 years for Sr.K.g. and5 %-6 years for Std. I. Children who are below 3 1/2 years by the 15" of June are not admitted to Jr.Kg. Children who are admitted to Pre-Primary are not expected to face any Interview. While giving them admission, their age and physical fitness is taken into consideration. Admissions for higher classes may be considered on the basis of the student's previous performance subject to the availabkily of seats.

 

8) Boys and Girls who have studied in English medium schools only are admitted.

 

9) Parents/Guardians will be responsible for their ward's conduct, studies and school, hostel, mess, store bills and dues if any thereof.

 

10) The School is interested simply in knowing the family atmosphere of a child who is to be admitted in Pre-primary sections and whether it is conducive for him/her to study at home and the parents are in a position to help him in his/her studies at home.

 

11) The PrinclpaUHeadmaster reserves the right of

refusing or granting admission without assigning any reason for doing so.

 

12) After confirmation of the admission from the PrincipaUHeadmaster, the parents will have to pay all the charges Including caution money and private expenses to get a final confirmation.

 

13) The Date of Birth Certificate should be made available from the competent authority of Municipal or Village records.

 

14) The School Leaving Certificate from the previous school may be obtained only after the final confirmation of the admission along with the consolidated data of the student

 

15) Student seeking admission from outside Maharashtra State must get the School Leaving Certificate countersigned by the Education Officer ot his/her previous district.

 

16) Parents/Guardians will have to sign an undertaking that they will abide by the rules and regulations mentioned in the prospectus which is subject to be changed, added, altered and amended from time to time at the discretion of the SchoolAdministration or Management.

 

17) Admission to the higher classes will not be given if the student does not possess the required standard in English, which is very essentialfor better performance.

 

18) A student is admitted in the Primary and Secondary section, depending on the availabikty of seats and on the basis of his previous academic record.
